One way to boost Innovation is to introduce a bottom-up process to identify and select area for improvements as well as ideas which could solve issues or even change the Business model:

• Some Companies created Collaborative Platforms to allow to post Ideas which will be reviewed by the Management for selection and implementation;
• Others launched either a Global or Local Continuous Improvement Program to encourage and support Initiatives through Lean and/or 6 Sigma Tools using Collaborative Portals or Repositories to post Projects Learnings and Outcomes.
